Legal adviser Arkadiusz Świderek
He has graduated from the law studies on the Department of Law and Administration of the Silesian University in Katowice with the very good result. The master’s thesis about ‘The legal author’s architectural work’ written under Prof. dr. Janusz Strzępka direction, was defended in the Department of the Economical and Market Law. In 1992 he defended the master’s thesis about ‘The principle of solving arguments in the pact of the League of Nations’ written under Prof. dr. Jan Przewłocki direction, and obtained the master’s degree in political science with the social-political specialty on the Department of Social Science if the Silesian University in Katowice with the very good result.
In the 1992-1994 years, he served the judicial legal training and passed the judicial exam. In 1994 he passed the legal adviser exam and was placed on the list of legal advisers with number KT-1865 on the Resolution of the OIRP Council in Katowice no. 393/III/94 from 15th December, 1994.
In the 1993 -1998 years, he worked as the assistant in the Department of Economical and Market Law of the Silesian University in Katowice, he conducted classes in the College of the Business Language of the Silesian University. He lectured on the training courses organised by the Polish Economic Association with the Unit in Katowice, he conducted classes in the Higher Business School in Dąbrowa Gównicza, and also in the Training Centre of the Treasury Office in Katowice. The lecturer on the legal adviser application conducted by the District Association of the Legal Advisers in Katowice.
Since 01.03.1995 he has been the Legal Adviser in the Legal Adviser Office carrying out the constant complex legal service of several dozen economical subjects, including civilian and market companies, companies with the foreign share, natural people running the economic business, and he has conducted the legal service of land projects for shopping centres.
